Mediation Rates
- Half-day mediations: $3,000
- Rate includes 5 hours of mediator time including the hearing, preparation and follow-up.
- Full-day mediations: $6,000
- Rate includes 10 hours of mediator time including the hearing, preparation and follow-up.
- Administrative fee: No charge
- Case coordination services: No charge
- Additional mediator hours may be billed at $600 per hour, but only after receiving approval from the parties.
Fee Allocation
Rates are usually divided by the parties. We will be pleased to allocate the fees and bill accordingly, as directed by the parties.
Fees billed are due and payable upon receipt of the bill.
Cancellation Policy
If mediation or arbitration is cancelled less than 10 working days before the mediation date, a 50% payment is required. Every effort will be made to fill the time to offset the amount due for cancellation.
